This program prepares students for entry-level employment as drafters, detailers or
CAD technicians in fields such as architecture, engineering, surveying and mapping.
Interested students should submit an electronic application available
here, as well as a copy of their high school transcript, and an ACT score. This program
requires an ACT Composite score of 16 and an ACT math score of 16. Additionally, all
program participants must take the WorkKeys Assessment and obtain a Silver Certification
or higher prior to beginning coursework. This assessment is available at our office
and is administered on an individual basis as needed.
Students enrolled in this program must take and pass the Autodesk Certified User Exams
for AutoCAD and Inventor certifications as part of successful program completion.
