This program prepares graduates for employment in residential, commercial, and industrial electricity settings. Graduates of the program will possess the knowledge and skills necessary to plan, install, maintain, and troubleshoot various electrical systems. Students will study such topics as blueprint reading, residential/commercial/industrial wiring, job cost estimation, electrical power, and programmable logic controllers. EMCC also offers a two-year career technical program in Electrical Technology.
