East Mississippi Community College Wellness Director Cathy Castleberry in a new area of the Wellness Center dubbed LionFit, which features equipment used in high-intensity, functional-fitness workouts. LionFit was the result of an addition and expansion of the Wellness Center that was funded by grants from the Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi Foundation.
