RESIDENTIAL-STYLE STUDENT HOUSING PLANNED FOR SCOOBA CAMPUS

Plans are in the works to construct apartment-style student housing on East Mississippi Community College's Scooba campus to replace two 75-year-old dormitories that are no longer in use. More

Space in the Douglas Building adjacent to the former Center for Manufacturing Technology Excellence on East Mississippi Community College’s Golden Triangle campus were renovated and now house Division of Nursing and Health Sciences programs. Here, a wall was removed between two classrooms in to accommodate large class sizes in some of the nursing programs.

East Mississippi Community College has hired Raines Rester as the new director of golf at the Lion Hills Center and Golf Course. Raines is a 2017 graduate of EMCC who earned a degree in Golf/Recreational Turf Management.
