A non-refundable deposit of the total cost of the room rental must be made to secure
the rental date. Rental periods are for 8 hours (unless noted otherwise) and are to
include set up and breakdown of outside décor and/or outside vendor equipment. Additional
hours may be added at a rate of $100 per hour. Final payment for all costs, including
rental, food and any additional services and fees, is due 14 days before the event.
The card on file will be charged at that time.
