Registration is underway at East Mississippi Community College for the summer and
fall terms.
Current students can register online or find out who their advisor is through their
LEO account. Students who need assistance with registering are asked to email their
advisor to schedule a telephone conference or video conference. Students will need
to include their full name and date of birth in the email to help advisors access
their records.
Current students may also use Student Planning, which is located under the self-service menu on LEO, to self-register. Those with general advising questions can email advising@eastms.edu
New students can apply online at www.eastms.edu. Click on the “Prospective Students” tab. Newly admitted students will be contacted by an advisor to prepare their schedules and provide JourneyEAST information.
Because of COVID-19, EMCC has decided to switch summer face-to-face courses to synchronous online courses. EMCC will offer a full summer term and two summer intensive terms online in the synchronous format, which will include a virtual meeting with the class instructor on a designated day and time, as well as assignments outside of the virtual class meetings.
Additionally, EMCC will offer traditional online courses, which do not require a virtual meeting between the class instructor and students. Summer Intensive Campus Term 1 begins June 1 and ends June 25. Summer Intensive Term II begins June 29 and ends July 23. Summer online term runs from June 1 to July 29.
Here is a list of summer classes: Schedule of Classes.
