Computer Programming is an ever evolving field of study. IT changes rapidly and requires
students to be life-long learners with the ability to incorporate ever-changing technologies
into their skill set. Students trained in computer programming go on to work as software
developers, web developers, computer support specialists, and entry-level programmers.
Interested students should submit an electronic application
here, as well as copy of their high school transcript. Additionally, all program participants
must take the WorkKeys Assessment and obtain a Silver Certification or higher prior
to beginning coursework. This assessment is available at our office and is administered
on an individual basis.
The Computer Programming Technology curriculum embeds opportunities to acquire multiple
