Welcome to Work-based Learning

Work-based Learning (WBL) is a student training
partnership between employers and approved
programs of study. Students and
employers who meet WBL program requirements
are eligible to participate. In addition to providing
students with paid, supervised work experience
related to their career paths, students earn
college credit. Employers provide college
personnel valuable feedback on student
performance and curriculum to ensure that
programs of study meet employer needs.
