MAGNOLIA* (Mississippi Alliance for Gaining New Opportunities through Library Information Access) is a statewide project that provides access to over 4,000 full-text journals and other reference databases. The Mississippi Legislature has appropriated funds for the purchase of databases on behalf of the publicly funded libraries across the state since 1997. *Note: Off campus students will be prompted for a location ID number. Please contact your EMCC library. The service is free of charge to any resident of Mississippi. Log on to Magnolia as: Circulation Students, faculty and staff may check out books for a two-week period. A fine of twenty-five cents per day is assessed for each day that a book is overdue.
